The project
Take Now connects manufacturers and subcontractors. The need: one tool for projects, teams, availability and bookings, instead of emails, files and calls.
Without visibility on availability, planning and booking resources took time, and errors piled up. The work was to structure flows between several parties, without losing readability.
We mapped the journeys with the teams: project creation, team management, booking. Every screen serves a task. On the technical side: React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, roles with Clerk, deploy on Vercel. A test version was used to iterate before production.
The product centralizes companies, teams and projects. Availability is in real time. Booking is structured between manufacturers and subcontractors. An admin runs the dashboard, support and content. The base can evolve without a rewrite.
